Class Schedule.

Classes are subject to change but you can be sure to find some Spinning, TRX and Personal Trainers to help you with Abs, Legs and the Total Body.

It’s always a good idea to show up a few minutes early to the class to prepare.

We recommend that you bring your own towel, yoga mat and water which is available for purchase.

Please keep in mind for your workout or class:

Please bring your own towel and water to class.
Please wipe off your machine or equipment after using.
Please shower and use deodorant.
